Bogue Chitto Flats Stories From A Southern Town)
If you love short stories the way I do, this book is one to read. Every story captured my attention and I could not wait to read the next story. Since moving to Slidell in the mid 1960’s,(from upstate New York) I’ve been interested in reading about the beautiful rural areas of Mississippi. This book provided me with an insight as to how people lived and worked in rural areas of this beautiful country, in the 60’s. The stories, as written by John Case are every bit as intriguing as the beautiful cover. A great read!
