About the Author, Anita L. Dottes

Anita L. Dottes is a licensed clinical social worker who has spent her professional career helping individuals and families adjust to chronic illness. She is a frequent workshop presenter at local & state professional conferences; as well as an inspirational & motivational speaker for church and civic groups. She is the author of several professional journal articles dealing with ethics in health care decision making and psycho-social aspects of chronic illness. She has also penned articles for her church newsletter.
